Your complimentary 30-minute virtual discovery call is a free, no-obligation consultation designed to determine whether coaching or consulting is the right fit for your needs and goals. During our one-on-one conversation, we'll discuss your current challenges, explore what you'd like to achieve, and identify the support you're looking for. You'll have the opportunity to share your story, ask questions, and learn how my coaching or consulting services can help you move toward your personal, health, professional, or business goals. What to Expect: Discussion of your goals and current challenges Overview of available coaching and consulting services Personalized program recommendations Answers to your questions Opportunity for us to determine if we're a good fit to work together Before Your Discovery Call: To make the most of our limited time together, please complete any required intake forms before your appointment, have your questions prepared, and join the virtual meeting from a quiet location with a reliable internet connection or phone service. Testing your camera and microphone beforehand is also recommended. Completing your paperwork in advance allows us to spend less time gathering information and more time focusing on your goals and the best path forward. Is This the Right Time? Coaching and consulting are most successful when you're ready to invest in yourself, committed to taking action, and open to implementing new strategies. If you're only gathering information or not yet ready to commit to your personal, professional, or business growth, I encourage you to schedule your discovery call when the timing feels right. Cancellation Policy
# Infinite Care Coaching & Consulting ## Terms & Conditions **Effective Date:** 7/1/2026 By scheduling, purchasing, or participating in services with Infinite Care Coaching & Consulting, a division of Infinite Care Partners, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. **Nature of Services:** Coaching and consulting are educational and collaborative services designed to support personal growth, health education, and goal achievement. These services do not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or replace medical or mental health care and do not establish a provider-patient relationship. **Client Responsibility:** You are responsible for your decisions, participation, and progress. Results cannot be guaranteed. **Eligibility:** Clients must be 18 years or older (unless otherwise approved with parental consent) and legally able to enter into this agreement. **Scheduling & Cancellations:** Sessions are by appointment only. Cancellations require at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a $50 fee or forfeiture of the session. **Payment & Refunds:** Payment is due before services unless otherwise agreed. Services and coaching packages are non-refundable once started. **Confidentiality:** Information is kept confidential except as required by law, to prevent serious harm, or with your written permission. **Communication:** Messaging is limited to your selected package, answered during business hours, and is not monitored for emergencies. **Virtual Sessions:** Clients are responsible for a reliable internet connection, working equipment, and a private location. **Intellectual Property:** All coaching materials, worksheets, guides, templates, videos, and resources remain the property of Infinite Care Coaching & Consulting and may not be copied or distributed without written permission. **Liability:** You accept responsibility for your decisions and agree that Infinite Care Coaching & Consulting is not liable for outcomes resulting from coaching or consulting services. **Emergencies:** These services are not appropriate for medical or mental health emergencies. Call 911 or seek emergency care if needed. **Additional Terms:** Coaching packages expire six (6) months from purchase unless otherwise agreed. Sessions may not be recorded without written consent. AI-assisted documentation may be used with your consent. Services may be terminated by either party at any time. These Terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina.
